Annie Otwell is a League City Realtor® with The Bly Team who brings lifelong Bay Area Houston roots, an entrepreneurial background, and a genuine love of helping people to her real estate career. Having lived in the area her entire life and currently calling Clear Lake home, Annie offers clients the perspective of someone whose connection to the community extends well beyond real estate.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Annie worked in the restaurant industry and management before moving into outside sales for window coverings. She eventually opened her own LLC in the window-covering business, an experience that inspired her to make the move into selling homes. Her professional background combines customer service, management, sales, and business ownership—skills she now brings to clients navigating their own real estate journeys.
Annie has experience working with a variety of real estate clients rather than limiting her business to one specialty. What she enjoys most is being part of the journey as people search for a home and having the opportunity to help along the way.
Family, faith, and community involvement are important parts of Annie’s life. She is a wife and mother of four daughters and has a busy household that also includes a Labrador, a Husky, and two cats. She volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and became an assistant captain in 2026. And while she admits she is afraid of heights, Annie recently went skydiving specifically to face that fear—a glimpse into the determined personality she brings to new challenges.
Annie was drawn to The Bly Team after repeatedly seeing the team involved in the community. She values the resources, support, and collaborative environment of the team as she continues building her clientele and growing her real estate business.
