Flynn Cordova is a League City Realtor® with The Bly Team who has lived in the League City and Bay Area Houston area for 14 years. With strong local ties and a practical, hands-on personality, Flynn is building his real estate career around helping people find homes that fit their needs while continuing to expand his knowledge of buying, selling, listings, and investment properties.
Flynn entered real estate attracted by the flexibility and income potential of the industry, but helping people has become an important part of the work he wants to do. He appreciates being able to assist others when he can and is particularly excited about the opportunity to help clients find the best home for them. At The Bly Team, Flynn is focused on learning more about the entire home-buying process as well as listings and real estate investment properties.
Before beginning his real estate career, Flynn worked for several years as a bicycle repair technician. That experience reflects the mechanical ability he considers one of his talents and contributes to the practical, problem-solving mindset he brings to his work. Flynn currently holds a Texas real estate sales agent license and is intentionally continuing to develop his skills rather than claiming a specialty before he has established one.
Family, time, financial independence, and helping people are important to Flynn. His family also has a long-standing connection to The Bly Team: Flynn’s father has known Deborah Bly for approximately 10 years and believed the two would work well together. Flynn joined the team with a focus on learning, improving, and developing into a real estate professional who is comfortable and proficient throughout the buying and selling process.
Outside of real estate, Flynn is an early bird with an interest in cars and motorsports—his favorite team is McLaren—and his dream vacation is a drive through the Swiss Alps. His household has included everything from a dog, gecko, and chicken to, at one point, an opossum.
