A native Houstonian and South Shore resident for 20 years, Meggan knows the Houston-area market from League City and Clear Lake to Galveston's West End, Pearland, Sienna, Bellaire, the Heights, and beyond. Her local roots, combined with years of working closely with people and families, give her a valuable perspective on both the practical and emotional sides of making a move.

Before real estate, Meggan spent 19 years teaching elementary students with significant special needs in Clear Creek ISD. She led a team of paraprofessionals, mentored new teachers, and earned Hyde Elementary's first-ever Teacher of the Year honor. Meggan also holds a degree in Clinical Psychology. That background shaped the patience, advocacy, communication, and ability to remain calm under pressure that she now brings to her real estate clients.

Meggan is a planner who values structure and preparation, and when a challenge arises, her instinct is to address it immediately. She prefers meaningful one-on-one conversations to surface-level small talk and believes success and strong relationships should go hand in hand. Whether she is working with a first-time buyer, luxury buyer, investor, or seller, her goal is to understand what matters most to that person and help them move forward with confidence.

Her knowledge of homes extends beyond traditional real estate. Her husband, Mike, works in high-end home renovations and has taught her to fix almost anything. Meggan has also worked as a part-time professional painter and as a hardware store fittings specialist, giving her additional hands-on familiarity with homes and how they come together. In her first six months with The Bly Team, she earned the Silver Producer Award after exceeding $2.5 million in sales. She is also a member of South Bay Area REALTORS®, Texas REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Houston Association of REALTORS®.

Away from real estate, Meggan enjoys woodworking, gardening, crafting, spending time with her family and playful cats, and occasionally showing a more unexpected side—she's a former drag racer who enjoyed plenty of wins in Baytown. She loves starting new projects and is excited about where her career, family, and home will take her next.
