In that uncertainty, a neighbor stepped in and gave her a second chance—providing stability, support, and the opportunity to continue her education. As a young mother, she went on to move 16 times while working to build a better future for her daughter. Those experiences didn’t just shape her story—they shaped her purpose.
Her passion for homes began long before real estate—sketching designs, imagining spaces, and dreaming of what it meant to truly have a place of her own. That vision eventually led her into a career where she now helps others find that same sense of stability, comfort, and belonging.
With over 25 years of experience in retail and customer service, Tannika has developed a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and understanding people’s needs. Today, she brings that experience into real estate—guiding buyers, renters, and those dreaming of building a home with transparency, dedication, and care.
