Walter is a native Texan, born in Austin and raised in College Station. After earning his Real Estate License, he proudly joined The Bly Team, bringing with him a strong sense of discipline and dedication developed over a decade of military service. Motivated by a deep commitment to helping clients, Walter is continuously expanding his real estate knowledge through training and mentorship.
Before entering the real estate world, Walter served over 10 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, specializing in Air Defense. As a Staff Sergeant, he worked across various key systems, including Patriot, THAAD, and both JTAGS Block I and II. His experience in high-pressure environments has equipped him with the leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills necessary to guide clients confidently through their buying or selling journey.
Now residing in Houston’s River Oaks area, Walter is passionate about turning each real estate experience into a positive and memorable one. He strives to make every step of the process smooth, efficient, and tailored to his clients' goals.
Outside of work, Walter enjoys exploring the vibrant city of Houston, connecting with fellow veterans, and spending time with family and friends.
